I’m getting a 401 error

Possible reasons:
  • Your API key is invalid.
  • You used all your monthly quota.
  • Your trial period or subscription has expired and couldn’t be renewed.

The prices does not match the product page

Possible reasons:
  • You’re using the wrong market or currency.
  • KicksDB has a latency of a few hours, the prices might not be updated yet.
  • StockX only: There is a bug in StockX website, the “region selector” is not working as expected and might still apply your IP location or account’s saved address as the market.

I cannot find a product

Possible reasons:
  • The product is new and wasn’t indexed yet by KicksDB.
  • Unified API only: The product couldn’t be matched to any product in other platforms.
